Who We Are and How to Join
This is not your mother’s Sisterhood! Today’s Sisterhood is comprised of
preschool moms and empty nesters, full-time employees and full-time volunteers,
married women, single women, widowed women, divorced women. Through Sisterhood, we support our Temple and find friendships as well as a sense of belonging to an extended family.
Sisterhood members can become as involved as they want. Some of us rise through
leadership quickly and find ourselves chairing an event or sitting on the
Executive Board. Others attend social events or help out with fundraisers like our
Rummage Sale. Being a member of Sisterhood is an opportunity to connect with other women in a Jewish setting.
