Scholar in Residence Weekend with Rabbi Arthur Green
Join us March 16-18, 2012, for "Judaism and the Mystical Path", an engaging weekend with renowned author and scholar of Jewish Mysticism, Rabbi Arthur Green.  A full schedule of the weekend's events can be found here.  We encourage you to RSVP now for Saturday and Sunday's events and we hope to see you there!

Caring for Caregivers
Monthly discussion group for caregivers within the temple community to share their stories and experiences of caregiving and find support from other caregivers. Next meeting is February 16. Future meetings are 3/16, 4/26, and 5/22. All meetings are at 7:30 pm. Please look at the board for location information. Needham Art in Bloom 2012
Now in it’s 4th year, Needham’s Art in Bloom 2012 will return, by popular demand to the Needham Public Library on Saturday March 3rd (9am–5pm) and Sunday, March 4th (1pm-4pm). Mark your calendars to save this date!  There will be 25+ colorful floral interpretations of art by members of the Beth Shalom Garden Club. Along side of each floral design will be a creative piece of artwork provided by talented Needham High School students.

Film Screening "My So-Called Enemy" and a Conversation with the Director and Local Area Clergy

Let It Be Purim: TBS' Purim Shpiel
We are pleased to announce our 2012 TBS Purim Shpiel focusing on the solo careers of the Beatles (and a little holiday we call Purim).  Tickets and information on this sure-to-sell-out event on March 10, 2012 can be found here.

As part of the new website, each individual TBS member will have their own user name and password. To set these up, click here, and  follow the instuctions below:

  • Fill out the form to register for an Online username and password.
  • Enter key information: First Name, Last Name, Password and confirmation, Email, and Display Name
  • Enter required information on the Custom Tab: Timezone.
  • Enter optional information: Address, Avatar / Profile photo, Tags tab ( to indicate your interests or affiliations), Custom tab (for privacy settings), and Activity tab (Settings for how you want to be notified about activities within the Community Area.)

Shabbat Hikes
This year Shomrei Adamah is launching "Shabbat Hikes", an exciting new venture to explore our natural surroundings together.  Our hikes started in September and go through June.  For more a schedule and more information, click here.
