Resources for Help

We understand that this is a challenging time – physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and financially. Our TBS Board of Trustees has created a new Emergency Relief Fund to support families who need assistance maintaining their financial commitments to TBS at this time. If you are in a position to help support another family facing hardship, we kindly ask that you consider contributing to the TBS Emergency Relief Fund. If you are experiencing financial distress and need assistance or an extension, please be in touch so we may assist you.

Assured Allies COVID-19 Support Hotline

Assured Allies proudly launched the COVID-19 Support Hotline, our own contribution to help older adults and their family members navigate the current crisis. We started our company with the goal of making aging sustainable for all, and as a team of caregivers ourselves, we felt the need to do something to help any older adult or caregiver struggling during this time.

Our team of trained aging professionals are available to speak directly with people looking for answers, resources, and support to successfully remain safe, connected, and well for as long as the current situation takes to resolve, and beyond. The hotline is a completely free service, and our small way of trying to support those in need.

Please share with caregivers, friends, family members, or anyone you think may benefit from such a resource.  I welcome you to learn more about the hotline at or by calling us at (888) 478-1478 (for now operating Monday-Friday between 9-5 pm EST.)
