Using Mindfulness to Cope with Anxiety and Fear Anxiety and fear are part of the normal, human experience, and unavoidable during times of stress and uncertainty. Learn how mindfulness can help us create space to respond to challenging emotions and circumstances, enabling us to remain connected to our best selves. The workshop will include periods of guided meditation, as well as mindfulness-based tools to use when anxiety and fear are heightened. Register here.
