College is Out: Reconfiguring our Homes
What a different semester for our college students, who may have been on a semester off, studying from home or now returning home for an extended break. How do we simultaneously launch and hold our young adult children and maintain helpful boundaries, space and rhythm in our homes? This is a support group for how parents can take care of themselves and find a place for themselves in their home amidst their children’s and household needs. A guided conversation led by Beth Pinals. Beth is a clinical psychologist who works with families and youth, and consulting around wellness both preventively and in times of community crisis. She is a past Temple president, past chair of our Mikdash Building Project and our Community Advancement Chair focused on development efforts. This is a two part series meeting Monday, 11/30 and Wednesday, 12/16 from 7 - 8 pm.
