Garden Club's Opening Meeting
On Tuesday, September 13 at 7:15 pm in Simon Hall Lisa Oberholzer-Gee will give a demonstration and lecture on techniques from Europe and Asia. She finds inspiration for floral art in her travels, architecture, textiles and observing patterns in both natural and constructed objects. Using floral techniques she learned in Europe and Asia, she incorporates mixed media elements such as handmade paper, wire and glass tubes. Other designs are purely floral but with vessels made from diverse materials. This is Garden Club's Opening Meeting for our members but guests are welcome to attend with a guest fee. Any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
