Gratitude Lunch for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Needham Staff - Donation Deadline Extended

With the COVID-19 surge and the temporary closing of Norwood Hospital causing increased patient traffic, the morale at BIDMC, and in medical workplaces overall, is dismal and burnout is extreme for hospital personnel. Let's show our appreciation and help brighten these workers’ day!

TBS Social Action invites you to show your community spirit and gratitude to the entire workforce at BIDMC by helping to sponsor a TBS hero’s lunch. These workers have shown unparalleled commitment during this pandemic by risking their lives on a daily basis with almost no time off under intense and demanding working conditions.

Help us support our important community hospital by making a donation to provide lunch, from Michael’s Deli, for all 300 deserving employees! We will be feeding the entire staff at BIDMC including 75 working in the ER, 25 in the ICU, 100 on the COVID floor and 100 administrative and non-medical staff. 250 of the lunches will be provided to staff on the day shift and 50 to the overnight staff.
