Watch Charles Wilson of the TBS Environmental Action Committee, who led a discussion about "How we can reduce the amount of plastic we presently use with relative ease,” including recycling and composting. With the recycling of plastics becoming less prominent in the waste management industry due to a variety of issues, it is more important than ever that we use less plastic; and it's easy to do. Charles is an expert in plastics and the environmental impacts they have had on the environment. He has a Ph.D. in Plastics Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, and has promoted stewardship in Recycling, Reuse and Reduction of plastics throughout his career.
