The Bible has five short books that are set aside for each of these festivals: The Song of Songs for Passover, Ruth for Shavuot, Lamentations for Tisha b’Av, Ecclesiastes for Sukkot and Esther for Purim. This course is taught by Rabbi Rifat Sonsino, Ph.D. , our Rabbi Emeritus, and held online through Zoom. Join in even if you miss a class!
