Please join us for an informative, behind-the-scenes look at the recently released U.S. National Strategy to Combat Antisemitism. Our presenter will be Alex Pascal who, in addition to being a member of the TBS community, formerly served at the White House in the Biden-Harris Administration as Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy. In this role, Alex co-led the development of the Administration’s national antisemitism strategy platform. Previously, throughout the entirety of the Obama Administration, Alex worked on national security policy – serving five years on the National Security Council at the White House and three years at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Our program, sponsored by TBS’s Antisemitism Awareness Initiative, along with other Tikkun Olam Committees, and the TBS Adult Learning Committee, will explore the national strategy and consider how local communities such as ours might aid in its effective implementation. Bagels and coffee will be served.
