Documentary Film Viewing and Discussion with Ken Shulman, Boston Jewish Film Festival President

Sunday, April 28, 5pm

Join ASAI in a viewing of Repairing the World, Selected Scenes, a documentary about the 2018 Tree of Life Synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, PA. Through interviews with survivors and diverse Pittsburgh residents, the film shows the unity demonstrated by the Pittsburgh community in a time of crisis, when their similarities as neighbors were stronger than their differences, when love was stronger than hate. Following the 21 minute film, we will have a guided discussion led by Ken Shulman, President of the Boston Jewish Film Festival. Light refreshments will be served.
