For many years, Congregation Mevasseret Zion, a progressive community outside Jerusalem, has been Temple Beth Shalom’s “sister congregation.” When this program was originally created, the ongoing topic for conversation was to be the Israeli judicial reform proposals. With the current crisis in Israel, we will now be supporting our Israeli partners as they struggle during war. Each month, we will gather via Zoom in a conversation facilitated by Rabbi Perlman and Rabbi Alona Nir Keren of CMZ. Sessions will run monthly on Sundays, 12:00-1:00pm.
