Thanksgiving Apple Crisp Bake

Monday, November 20, 6:00 pm

Register here.

Join TBS Social Action on Monday, November 20th, at 6:00 pm. to make apple crisps for the homeless and the Needham Police and Needham Fire Departments! We are thrilled to be back in person for the first time since 2019! We look forward to making new friends and seeing old ones as we will gather in Simon Hall to cook together! What to expect: we will peel, core and slice apples, fill pre-made crusts and top them off with the crisp mix, which we will also make. We will take care of the actual oven-related task. This mitzvah project is wonderful for families (5 years and older with an adult) and any adult who enjoys cooking and/or wants to have some fun doing a mitzvah! We will provide a list of supplies to bring along in the sign-up which will appear in TBS This Week in the weeks leading up to the event. We are excited to see you and help to brighten the Thanksgiving for those in need as well as for our Police and Fire departments who spend their year in service to TBS and our community. We will hold a few spots for those who would prefer to bake from home and can deliver their pies during the event. Please contact us at socialaction@tbsneedham.org to make arrangements. Questions? Please contact us at socialaction@tbsneedham.org.
